1/11/24 - (Previously recorded summer of 2023) My regularly scheduled guest is a musician or artist of some sort. Alana Castaneda is a special person I had the honor of meeting at a show. She shares her amazing story in this episode. Attacked at a Whole Foods in Texas, Alana was beaten and shot in the face! Thanks to some incredible self strength and fast action from the folks at Whole Foods, she is still alive today and has a new level of feeling grateful to be alive. (Since the filming of this podcast, Alana's attacker was sentenced to 45 years in jail)
